Policies
Reservations have to be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
A pre-authorization for the total room and taxes of a valid credit card will be required upon check-in.
We welcome Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
We reserve the right to charge the entire amount for reservations cancelled in the two weeks before arrival, or in case of no show.
Arrival may be from 16:30 and guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 10 am on their last day.
We regret that, at this time, we cannot accept pets.
Villa Intragnola is a private residence, and therefore part of the garden is not available to guests.
