Is it possible to change online bookings?

Yes, it is possible but we will not necessarily able to guarantee the availability of the same room and price as your original booking.

How can I book my stay?

It is possible to book:

Upon confirmation of your booking, we will send you an e-mail notification with all the booking details and useful information for your arrival at Polidora B&B.

When do I pay for my booking?

In the event that your booking requires a payment balance, you can decide to make it at the time of Check-in or by the date of Check-out.

Are there discounts for children?

Children up to 3 years of age, sleeping in bed with their parents or in a baby cot, do not pay.



What payment methods does Polidora B&B accept?

We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. Cash money is accepted up to €2.000 in Euro currency.

When do I pay for my booking?

In the event that your booking requires a payment balance, you can decide to make it at the time of Check-in or by the date of Check-out.

What are the terms of booking cancellation?

Cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival, later will be charged 50% of total amount, 100% in case of no-show

Can I request an invoice?

The invoice must be requested at the time of booking (before payment), by sending the billing information complete with VAT number if required by your terms of taxation.

If the booking is made online, you must specify your invoice request in the “Additional info” field of the booking form, carefully indicating all the necessary billing information.


Reception, Check-in and Check-out

Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel and in the bedrooms

The entire structure has Wi-Fi, including all bedrooms and common areas.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Your room will be ready from 3pm. Please check-out by 11am, in order to allow our staff to clean and prepare the room for the next guests.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is offered to all guests staying at Polidora B&B. The buffet breakfast includes a selection of croissants, charcuterie, cheese, eggs and ham, fresh seasonal fruits, milk, yogurt and cornflakes.

Please let us know in advance of any food allergy or intolerance you may have.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast, with both sweet and savory options, is served on the first floor or under the Pergola when the weather is good from 8am to 10am. Room service is not available.

Are pets allowed to stay at Polidora B&B?

Yes, small pets are most welcome. Their stay is free of charge.

We kindly ask you to bring their own couch, as they are not allowed on beds or sofas. Also please take care they do not disturb other guests. Three Jack Russels, male and female, run around the park.


We support your sustainable lifestyle! a charging point for your electric car is available in a free parking area inside the property.

Guests services

Do you have rooms that have services for those with disabilities?

At the moment we don’t, as the bedrooms are on the first floor and no elevator is available.

Are there any common areas where I can relax?

Yes, we have a huge garden and a lounge on the first floor availabele for our guests.

Are soap, shampoo and hair dryer available in the bathrooms?

Yes, each bathroom has a hairdryer and is stocked with soap and shampoo.

Are there car parking spaces or a car park?

We have a private car park. The parking is free of charge.
